2010 Rules and Regulations for NBHA MO 07
Anyone wanting to compete for year end awards must pay a
sponsorship fee by May 31st
New people joining have 30 days to pay their Sponsorship
fee for awards.
If you dont want to pay Sponsorship fee you still will receive
Nbha World Points recorded on a separate spread sheet.
****Sponsorship fees all are 1 time fee for the year
Adult $25.00
Senior $25.00 if we have enough
Youth fee $75.00 youth is more because it is easier for youth
to get sponsorships than adults and we have less youth
*****Open fees per horse $25.00
Youth $20.00 per horse
Senior $15 if we have enough if not $5 to take open time for
World Points
Peewee 10 & under not eligible for other classes $5.00
will receive ribbons
Warm ups $5.00
We give saddles for Open 1D- 4D and Youth 1D- 3D
Reserve Champion receives a belt buckle and if money
permits a jacket.
Awards are given thru 5th place in each D as mentioned
above.
*****If there is a tie for awards the below will determine who
gets that placing.........
1st tie breaker will be whoever went to the most shows
2nd tie breaker who placed at the most shows in that D
3rd tie breaker most 1st places in that D
4th tie breaker coin toss
**** Please make sure we are respectful to others and to the
arenas that host our Shows
**** Please make sure we pick up our trash.
Our Youth classes are run in 3D 1 sec splits. Youth Awards
are 3D format and World placings is 4D format.
Open Members paying the award fee will be placed on a
separate spread sheet from the Open World points as to not
be confused with those paying there sponsorship fee for
awards.
CALL BEFORE U HAUL******** If Lebanon is available we will
move rain out for that day to Lebanon McNail Arena

Please pay attention to your points, please do not wait til the
end of the year. Mistakes do happen.
According to Section B Show sanctioning NO.10 the member
has 14 days from the date points are posted to bring
forward any discrepancies to the District Director.
Point standings must be posted at every show. I have them
on a clip board at every show for people to see and check
them.
Up to the discretion of the Director times may be rolled over
for the youth run time to the Open run. or SR . run time to
the Open. You must pay for each run then declare how you
are doing your run. This needs to be done at time of
entering. If you run youth or Sr you cant come up after that
run and then pay for Open and use your Youth or Sr time
for Open. I am going to use this option but a person needs
to remember if you knock that is your time for both the runs.

receive 1 free entry.
Get a $700.00 saddle sponsor and tell them they will
get there business name on the saddle and you will
receive a trophy buckle. One business per saddle.
Get a $250.00 banner sponsor the sponsor will get
there name on the banner and be hung at every show.
Get a total of 2500 or more in sponsorship money
receive a trophy saddle.
Turn in $700 to $2499 in total sponsorship money per
person receive a trophy buckle.
Work warm ups setting barrels Work half of Open
barrels and all of Youth setting barrels and you will
get a raffle ticket for the end of the year prize. The
raffle tickets will be placed in a bucket and we will
draw a name out of it at the last show. If you need to
ride during your slot find someone to fill in for you.
